This is a fully onsite position located at our corporate campus in Phoenix, AZ and is not eligible for hybrid or remote work. Repwest is hiring a Subrogation Adjuster to join their team. Individuals in this role will be responsible for the identification and collection of subrogation recoveries including first party U-Haul equipment damages, third party auto liability damages, commercial general liability damages. Experience: Collections and/or Adjusting experience. Heavy phone work required, candidate must possess excellent customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Must be highly organized and self-motivated. Follow the structured policy and procedures of subrogation. Track and monitor payments and payment arrangements. All other duties as required that ensures compliance with state Department of Insurance (DOI) regulations.
