Shapell's Inc is seeking a dependable handyman to join our team. This role involves a range of remodeling and maintenance tasks across our properties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Remodeling Duties:
o Painting
o Patching drywall
o Installing fencing
o Installing floors, doors, and windows

• Maintenance Duties:
o Basic electrical and plumbing repairs
o Ensuring interior and exterior structural components are safe and in good condition

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in electrical work or carpentry is a plus
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
• Knowledge of basic handy skills, painting techniques, and remodeling processes

From I‐295 , take Commonwealth Ave . Turn right at the 4‐way stop onto Bulls Bay Hwy . Turn left onto Stocks Road —which is the second street on the left . Follow Stocks Road all the way to the end last place on the right . Our office is a two‐story building with a green and copper roof . Please park next to the wooden wheelchair ramp .

Pay: Based on experience.
