ABOUT THE ROLE- $100K+
Nurture Care is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to grow our referral network and strengthen trusted relationships throughout Northern Virginia and surrounding communities. This is a field-based growth role. The successful candidate will spend most of their time meeting referral partners, developing new business, representing Nurture Care professionally, and helping families connect with the home care they need.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, case managers, hospices, senior communities, social workers, and community organizations. Conduct outside marketing visits, relationship-building meetings, presentations, networking events, health fairs, lunch-and-learns, and outreach activities. Identify new referral opportunities and promote Nurture Care private-duty services. Generate qualified referrals, support a smooth admissions process, keep accurate CRM notes and activity reports, and represent the company with professionalism, empathy, initiative, and accountability.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong communication, networking, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills. A self-starter who is comfortable in the field and motivated by measurable goals. Business development in home care, senior living, referral marketing, community outreach, or sales experience is strongly preferred. Reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and active automobile insurance are required. Digital marketing or social media experience is a plus, but the core of the position is community partnership development and field outreach.
PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY
Strong performance is expected to produce first-year earnings of approximately $100K+ through uncapped monthly growth commission.
